Shipping

No, we only ship locally for Malaysian, including East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).

Absolutely, a minimum spend of RM99 is required for free delivery. (Capped at RM50)

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here and West Malaysia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. East Malaysia deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Dreame Official Warranty Coverage:

2-year official warranty for Dreamy.OS or dreame.my buyers, starting from the date of shipment.

Repairs:

  • Free repairs with genuine premium parts, including advanced components such as sensors and upgraded motors, within the warranty period.

Delivery:

  • No return shipping fees for faulty products.

Exclusions:

Does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., filters) or misuse.Authorized Purchase:
