3. Wet & Dry Vacuum Series — main body, motor, battery: 2 years
4. Hair Dryer Series — main product: 2 years
5. Consumables (filters, mops, brushes, nozzles, hoses, cleaning solution): Not covered, unless defective on arrival

Warranty is valid for 2 years only. After that, repairs are chargeable — consider purchasing extended warranty if you want continued coverage.


Lost your receipt? Warranty defaults to starting 3 months after the product's manufacture date.

Returns & Replacement

1. 14-day window from purchase/delivery date, for verified manufacturing defects only


2. Item must be unused, sealed, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals included

2. Round-trip shipping is fully covered by us for approved in-warranty repairs, via a third-party professional courier
You just need to pack the item securely and drop it off with the courier — no need to arrange your own delivery (e.g. Lalamove) or bring it in person.


3. Once your unit is received, we'll send you a tracking link so you can check repair progress at any time


4. Repair turnaround varies depending on the issue and spare part availability — please allow time for this rather than expecting a fixed timeframe


5.Once repaired, we'll pack and ship it back to you — return shipping is also covered

Repair & Service Charges

1. In-warranty (within 2 years): Repair free, inspection fee waived, shipping free both ways


2. Out-of-warranty (after 2 years): Repair, parts, and shipping become chargeable — extended warranty can be purchased if you'd like continued free coverage


3. Damage caused by non-official cleaning solutions or accessories is treated as user-caused damage and will be chargeable — always use genuine Dreame cleaning solution/consumables


4. RM50 cleaning fee applies if unit is returned excessively dirty


5. Never ship back swollen or damaged batteries
All shipping and repair arrangements must be confirmed with an after-sales representative first — contact WhatsApp +6018-209 4644 before sending any item back

Not Covered

- Purchases from unauthorized sellers
- Liquid damage, drops, voltage issues, accidental damage
- Damage from using non-genuine cleaning solutions or accessories.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic marks
- Unauthorized repairs/alterations
- Expired warranty or claims filed after 1 year
