Shipping
No, we only ship locally for Malaysian, including East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).
Yes, we are currently offering free shipping for West Malaysia and RM50 off shipping for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout — no promo code required.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here and West Malaysia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. East Malaysia deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Pre-order items are excluded. The estimated dispatch duration (e.g. 60 days) is stated on the respective product page.

2-year official warranty for Dreamy.OS or dreame.my buyers, starting from the date of shipment.
